Since established 2 decades ago, AGICO has been world-wide activated and specialized in manufacturing and supplying railway products, including railway fishplates, railway fastening system, and related fastening parts for railroad construction. As a trusted partner of CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation), AGICO manufactures its railway products in strict accordance with the ISO9000:2008 quality management system and is proudly recognized by China Railways Production Certification Center. Except for AGICO Rail, AGICO GROUP's business cover cement plant, biomass pellet plant and paper pulp plant. 

Products

Railway fishplate (rail joint): the quality railway fishplates are manufactured by state-of-the-art fishplate rolling lines with specification of Φ450 and Φ300. An annual capacity of 20,000 tons can be guaranteed in various patterns, such as common fish plates, insulated fish plates, bulged fish plates, compromised fish plates, glued insulated fish plates, etc;
Fastening systems: such as, high speed fastening system, subway fastening system, and normal rail fastening system, which have been highly praised and been a good sale both in China and abroad due to our teams ‘sincere dedication and hard working;

Fastening parts: such as elastic rail clip, rubber rail pad, rail iron plate, rail clamp, rail spike, rail insulator, rail bolt, rail washer, railnuts, rail plastic sleeve, etc. With advanced and precise technology, sufficient processing capacity and professional service, our products have been widely exported to a number of countries worldwide, such as America, Canada, Russia, Australia, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, Chile, etc. If your rail project only lacks some parts of the fastening systems, we are also ready to serve you on the individual standard or nonstandard components with our full dedication and professional service.

AGICO also tries its full efforts to save cost for each client by upgrading its facilities to be more and more modern production lines, from raw material feeding to heating treatment, forming, surface finish and packaging of finished goods. The production mill covers over 100,000 square meters equipped with steel rolling and casting lines, rail elastic clip lines, fish plate lines, spike & bolt lines, heating treatment line and surface anticorrosion treatment line as well as electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and Dacromet processing lines. Besides, we also set up a mould processing center under the R&D Department and a product showroom to enable honorable guests to touch our products closely. With 123 workers and 22 technicians working together, it is guaranteed that our railway products reach the international standards, such as BS, UIC, DIN, etc. Moreover, they can be customized according to your specific requirements.
